There are several questions that a doctor needs to ask you in order to answer your question; What is your medical history? Are you having and wheezing in your lungs, hoarseness in your voice, or shortness of breath? Do you feel a sense of panic? Any of these can be a sign of a more serious reaction than simply a rash.
The best advice is to call your primary care physician, or the one who is covering night call for the clinic, and discuss your symptoms. He will be able to best determine the next course of action.
