I had a wasp sting 4 wks ago and now suffer hypersensitivity to cold and water on my hands n feet n itching all over my body

The wasp sting resulted in severe swelling for weeks. I self medicated with antihistamines and 2 weeks later saw a GP who gave me steroids and more antihistamines for a week. I have stopped all meds as nothing seems to help.
