How does one treat a severe reaction (swelling of face and welts on body) from mango & pineapple?

  Swelling of eyelids, lips, forehead--Scalp amd body covered in welt like bumps that itched.  This reaction occured immediately after eating chicken curry with pineapple and a spicy mango chutney.
