how do i make itchy bumps on my face from the pollen go away asap?!

i have itchy bumps on my face from the pollen. i know it's just allergies i've had them since i was a baby but they're really bad now. they're irratating and gross looking.. is there anything i can do at home to help it go away asap? like ice it or put cream on it? i have prom tomorrow.. and i really dont want bumps on my face!thankyou!
