How do I get rid of the itchy red bumps on my face and the itchiness on my neck, back, and shoulder?

About a week later after I got stung on my finger by a bee, I have been itching on my neck, back, shoulder, and face. I also have developed red bumps all over my face. I suppose I have hives. I have tried antihistamine medications such as benadryl and zyrtec and calamine lotion to help control the itchiness but they do not seem to relieve it. Any suggestions?
