My fiance has been having a problem the past couple of days with pollen. He works outside all day long. He is starting to have a terribly sore throat and coughing and sneezing, all the normal allergy attacks, but they seem to be worse than normal. Is there any kind of over the counter medicines he could take or any kind of "home remidies" that would help him? He can only swollow small pills, so he can't take mucinex or any larger pills like that.
