I’d like to thank my grandmother for teaching me how to knead bread...and to my husband for his love of lunch meat...but mostly I’d like to thank my son for inspiring me to make this nut-free, soy-free organic homemade (that’s right....H.O.M.E.M.A.D.E) bun topped with organic lettuce, organic cheese and nitrate free ham. This tiny sandwich is for you sweet pea... Maybe that’s a bit much, but I have been trying to find buns without soy for a month now. Is it a legal requirement to add soy to every single bun in the United States of America? Geez... So today, as the bun makers of America have forced me into a corner, I came out swinging...my rolling pin! Tah-Dah! Tiny little buns! Take that soy!
