am I taking the wrong type of medication? I purchased a generic decongestant from Jewel, but find that either one or both of my nasal passages are blocked. I sneeze alot and it doesn't seem to be clearing out my passages.

 I had a hard time sleeping last night because I couldn't breathe and I had to breathe through my mouth, and I feel over heated. Is there anything I can buy at the pharmacy to help my shake this?
