hello. my friend has developed massive swelling on his face including a rash on his face neck and stomache, no drugs/antiobiotic

he already got all the allergy tests done and nothing came of it. we had some chinese food and he had one dish i did not have, and we also went hiking and he washed his dog so he thought its possible its poison ivy but we dont know. please help im really worried about him!
