Groundbreaking Food Allergy Law Passed in Massachusetts

Celebrity chef and Blue Ginger restaurant owner Ming Tsai worked with Senator Cynthia Stone Creem of Massachusetts on a food allergy bill to make restaurants safer. Governor Deval Patrick signed this bill into law last month, making Massachusetts the first state in the U.S. to require restaurants to follow a uniform code.
