Dragon Fruit and Bananna in a Lemon Dressing with Yoghurt

Occasionally I get bought presents of food. Usually the present is something new in the world of gluten free products, but occasionally its something new and unusual. In this case, it was something new and unusual. Although I have seen these occasionally in the larger supermarkets! So what to do with it!
1 dragon fruit, peeled quartered and the flesh chopped into good sized chunks 1 banana sliced 3 teaspoons of lemon curd 1 small carton of Greek yoghurt
Place the dragon fruit and banana in a bowl In a seperate bowl zap the lemon curd in the microwave for about twenty seconds on medium, until slightly more liquid that it is in the jar Drizzle the lemon curd sauce over the bananna and dragon fruit Add the yoghurt
Cooks Note: I used a normal fruit yoghurt as I didnt have a Greek yoghurt to hand ... this would taste much better though with thick luxurious Greek yoghurt
