Last night my dogs nose swelled up took her to vet and they gave her steriod shot. Earlier today her nose was still a little swollen they gave her steriod pills, I gave her one a couple hours ago she is now unusually tired and is taking short shallow breaths and doesn't want to stand up. Do I need to go back to the hospital?
