for the past 2 months I have been waking up with red dots on my arms...they don't itch...I don't even know that they are there until I look for them...i have been told its a form of hives or a bed bug bite or flea...my dermatologist said its a form of a hive but the medications she gave me isnt working...I keep researching on the internet but i cant find anything that looks like what i have...any suggestions?
