claritin withdrawl??? Also: flonase withdrawl??

I have been on Claritin 20mg/day and Flonase 2 squirts per nostral per day.

 I am seeing a new allergist and he wants me to be allergy med free for 5 days prior to seeing him. 


What are the withdrawal symptoms of these two meds?
