I've been meaning to do this for weeks, but I just kept forgetting. Well it's getting down to the wire, so today I figured I better get it in gear and find some chef cards for the Little Man. And boy did I find some great ones!

There is the basic do it yourself and print on printer card fromFAAN. This one worked well because of the Little Mans multiple allergies. This is a good one to laminate.

Then there was a slightly flashier version that let me put in the Little Man's name and an emergency contact atFood Allergy Buddy. This one you probably wouldn't want to laminate because there is a box for "table # ".

The above 2 are free and are printed from your own printer.

This last one you pay for (it's affordable) and it's professionally done and can be done in any language you want. It can either be done in a standard version or you can call or mail a specific version to the company. The company isSelect Wisely. I didn't use this one, but it looks excellent.

And for great info on eating out safely gluten free check outTriumph Dining
