can sudden 1st time severe heartburn result from reaction to insect bite or any other allergen? This was followed with swelling

Almost 2 hours of classic heartburn pain. When the pain subsided there was itching all over the body and sudden mouth, lips and facial  swelling.  Heart problems were ruled out. No changes in food or medications. No history of heartburn or food/ drug allergies.
