Brown Rice Tortillas

Brown Rice Tortillas


  • 1 cup Organic Brown Rice Flour (ArrowHead Mills, or any other)
  • 1/4 cup Tapioca Flour (Bob\'s Red Mill, or any other)
  • 1/4 cup Carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup Green Peas
  • 1/4 cup Potato
  • 1 tsp Cilantro Leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder or Seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Warm Water

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients with warm water
  2. Add a little bit of oil on both palms and roll dough into round balls of rice
  3. Grease a flat pan with oil (canola,safflower or other) and heat on medium
  4. Flatten dough ball by pressing with palm and lay on pan to brown on both sides
  5. Serve warm or cool with Ketchup
