big water spot on my leg? blister?!

My skin itched 2 days ago but i didnt mind it. I thought it would just go away. but I was so wrong! now i have a water blister i dnt know where I got it I thought it was just a bite. and it gets bigger everyday so now im really worrying. and I have really sensitive skin its on my lower leg not on my feet and its reddish around the water spot and supper itchy. what should i do?
