Some people are addicted to magazines but my personal addiction is to science textbooks and cookery books ... I have a whole bookcase of them, half a dozen science textbooks and the rest cookery books. So there on my shelf is everything from the 'Good Housekeeping's Cookery Compendium' published in 1954 to the full set of Jamie Oliver. One good but rarely used book is Power Juices by Penny Hunking and Fiona Hunter.
Following a comment on my blog by Michelle of The Accidental Scientist, I decided to blog a recipe from it (hope you like this one Michelle)
