I have a very high risk of heart disease. My doctor suggested the GI diet. My problem is that I have a gluten intolerance issue. The substitutes for me are generally considered off limits for the GI Diet. Are these two diets compatible? Wondering how to proceed.I am also allergic to soy corn and wheat. Maybe I should just take up an IV or feeding tube at this point?
