what is 1200mg lithium for, with 200mg zoloft, effexor xr 75mg 2 capsules daily, and trazodone 100mg

Prenatal vitamin

Propranolol 60mg 1 a day

Lithium Carbonate ER 300mg 2 tabs twice daily

Effexor XR 75mg 2caps every morning

Zoloft 100mg 2 every morning

Is this too much medication or right medication for alcoholism and depression.
