My partner had heavily abused alcohol for 10 years and 6 months ago quit drinking cold turkey. He was VERY sexually active when he was still drinking but ever since he stopped his libido has completely crashed. He doesn't have desire for any women at all and we have tried multiple herbal remedies to boost libido. None help though. It is beginning to take a toll on our relationship and I lack understanding as to what he might be going through as I simply cannot relate to the situation. I WANT to understand though as it is way too easy to blame myself and give myself a complex over this. What can we do or what can he do to get his libido back on track. He is 25 years old and otherwise healthy.
Add yet another healthy benefit from regular exercise, diet and physical fitness: Better libido love making life and sexual abilities.
It's best to consult with a professional such as a
online fitness trainer for exercise and workout routines. Ask his doctor for healthy menu suggestions, vitamins supplements or
Viagra that work best for him.
