I do not drink alcohol but I do drink 2-4 cups of cofee before taking drug tests and they say they are dilute. I cut down to 2 cups but still have the same results. Each cup is about 12 to 16 oz. Should I eat more cheese? What should I eat and how much should I drink so I can urinate without having a dilute test?
