I do not drink alsohol but am being drug tested for it and a couple of times the results were dilute. I drink coffee and think the first one was for drinking too much but the second time I only drank two cups about 12-16oz each.What and how much should I eat or drink in the morning so I do not get a dilute test? They say you have to drink alot of liquids to get a dilute and I didn't think I was drinking that much. I have had several successful tests but they said it was always close. Please educate me on what and how much to drink to make sure I can urinate without it being dilute. Thanks Kathy
