You take care of the kids almost to the point that you are in a single parent role- you get your kids up in the morning, take them to school, help them with homework, after school activities, prepare their meals etc.
You take care of allthe household responsibilities including grocery shopping, meal preparation, laundry, arranging for household repairs etc.

You are too ashamed about your situation to confidein your friends and family.
