I am the mother of 3 wonderful kids (7, 4, and 3). I spend a lot of time managing their numerous food and environemntal allergies. It is a challange to provide nutritious food for picky eaters who also have diet restrictions. I also enjoy exercising early in the morning with a local boot camp.
