Off to blabber on at the Kent Care Conf (I'd say speak, but that'd be both an over & an understatement) I'm looking forward to listening too

Thanks to my son Alex who introduced me to football a decade or so ago, I follow the fortunes of Manchester United... I also like them because they have an older manager who continually proves that age is just a number.
Sir Alex Ferguson celebrated his 70th birthday last December and believes his record of 25 years at one club will never be equalled.
He admits he's had to be adaptable and change as he's got older, delegating more and toning down his approach with modern players who, he comments, are not as tough-skinned as they were when he started out in the game.
I'm sure he's celebrating the 2-1 win against Liverpool yesterday. Long may he continue.
