Walking 10,000 steps may not be enough to get you fit

Now, however, researchers from a team at the Canadian University of Alberta, have compared a 10,000-step exercise programme with a more traditional, moderate-intensity fitness regime and discovered that there were significant improvements in fitness levels in the second group.
