Walk Walk Walk

I woke up this morning and walked for 1 hr/40 min. I measured it with the car after, and it added up to six miles! This was the same scary walk that I took in the dark a couple of weeks ago. It was much nicer with daylight! I hope I can move tomorrow.


My goals this week are to stay on a healthy eating path, drink plenty of water, and exercise at least three days. To my weight loss/fitness friends, what are your goals for the week?


Before my walk, I drank water mixed with 1/2 of a G2. I drank the other 1/2 of the G2 when I returned.


Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs
salsa
2 sl. light wheat bread
1/2 c. light oj


Lunch
6 in. Subway turkey sandwich (swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, oil/vinegar, light mayo)
Baked Lays


Snacks
1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge
handful of whole grain wheat thins
1 sl. deli cheddar cheese

Dinner
grilled chicken breast
baked potato w/ Smart Balance
*spaghetti squash

This is the first time I cooked a spaghetti squash at home, and it was really good! I just split the squash in half, sprayed the halves with Pam, and sprinkled salt and pepper on each half. Then, I put it in the 400 degree oven with the baked potatoes for about 40 minutes.
