Nowadays, as I get older, when I look in the mirror the red thread veins on and around my nose seem to multiply daily. Now before you think I must be hitting the booze, I hasten to add that I very rarely drink alcohol. In fact you could probably count the number of drinks I've had since Christmas on the fingers of one hand. So what's causing it and, more importantly, is there a cure?
