The Week's Plan and Contest Alert

To do a better job at fitting in the exercise, I am going to start publishing my weekly exercise plan on Sunday here, on my Outlook calendar, and on my Blackberry. Here's the plan for this week:

Monday - C25K during lunch (noon)
Tuesday - gym @ 8:30 a.m.
Wednesday -C25K @ 8:30 a.m.
Thursday - gym @ 8:30 a.m.
Friday - C25K @ 8:30 a.m.
Weekend - Yoga on Saturday morning; Sunday free day

I work out of my home office, so fitting this in should not be a problem...I am the boss! On my Sunday free day, I plan to ride bikes or play tennis with the kids after lunch.

Speaking of exercise, I added two blogs to my list that you might enjoy: Every Gym's Nightmare and MizFit. These girls are F-I-T and knowledgeable! Kelly T. at Every Gym's Nightmare is running a contest this week to win a cute Danskin Long Sleeved Tee. Worth a try, right?

Breakfast
1 sl. whole wheat cinnamon raisin toast w/ 1 tsp. Smart Balance
1 apple
1 T. almond butter
1/2 c. light oj
multivitamin & Adora calcium supplement


Lunch
2 c. steamed broccoli
1 bowl chicken pasta soup
NOTE: This was from a restaurant that we decided to go to after church. The waiter assured me that the soup was broth based with flour added for texture.


Snacks
2 90 cal. granola bars
Dinner
1 grilled cheese w/ tomato sandwich
1 c. pineapple
