Just checking in to let everyone know that I am taking a blogging break for at least the month of May. I'm not shutting down, and I'm not giving up on my healthy eating/exercise/Fab Fit and 40 quest. I'll just be journaling the old fashioned way for a while...on (recycled) paper! Honestly, I'm tired of carrying my camera around and taking photos of my meals. It's become a (self-induced) pressure for me, and I'm not enjoying it as much as I was.
I need to spend less time in the office and on the computer and more time with my family, taking care of the basics, and dedicating plenty of time to myself.
The blog has been a fantastic tool for being conscious of what I am doing. I'd like to come back over the summer with a bit of a different twist...maybe to help and inspire rather than just list what I ate and how I exercised. Not sure yet ;-)
