Sunday Busy Sunday

I got the U2 tune "Sunday Bloody Sunday" stuck in my head this morning, but I substituted "Busy" for "Bloody" (thankfully). I woke up early and have not stopped until now...grocery shopping, taking the little one to swim lessons, making lunch, cleaning, laundry and making dinner.



Fortunately, I was able to squeeze in 45 minutes on the treadmill add the gym to burn about 220 calories. I did intervals of fast walking and walking on an incline while watching the Tour de France and women's beach volleyball on the television for inspiration ;-)


Breakfast
1 packet instant oatmeal
1 c. skim milk
1 T. peanut butter




Lunch
1 whole wheat bagel square
turkey & swiss
mustard
apple
baked chips




Snacks
granola bar
turkey and cheese
2 lowfat cookies


Dinner
3 meatballs
1 c. spaghetti
sauce
broccoli w/ parmesan
1 med. chocolate chip muffin
