Stretching

I used my foam roller and a yoga mat tonight to roll out stiffness in my back. I have to start doing this on a more regular basis to avoid tension headaches, poor posture, and massage costs! It was one of those hurt-so-good feelings that I will still be feeling in the morning, I am sure. I'll remember to take pictures tomorrow, but I basically followed this routine:



I also made it to the salon for a much-needed hair cut and blow dry. It's always a treat, but I was shocked to learn that my hair guy raised his price by $20?! You wouldn't think this would be a good move in this economy, but the salon was packed. And, I almost backed into a Bentley as I was pulling out of my parking spot. We don't live in a normal part of the country, I've decided.

slice of Kashi pizza from yesterday

2 T. Barney Butter
1 ZBar






Dinner
Turkey and pepper/onion fajitas a la Mom...I am spoiled!
