I'm still feeling the hurt from yesterday's boot camp...ouch! I couldn't fit in any significant exercise today because of it, but I am going to motivate myself out to the field again tomorrow morning.

Here's how it went down today:

Breakfast
1 c. raisin bran
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. orange juice

Lunch
1 c. vegetable soup
1 flour tortilla
1/4 c. fat free refried beans
salsa

Snack
apple
1 container of lowfat vanilla yogurt
slice of turkey & swiss cheese

Dinner

Vegetable soup

Taco salad: lettuce, 1/2 c. hamburger meat, 1 T. shredded cheese, salsa
