should my 92 yr old mother with osteoporosis take the once a yr shot Reclast? She has never been treated for this before.

Mom has not been treated for osteoporosis. She is 92 and has a history of heart palpatations and high blood pressure (being treated). Her doc recommends the once a year shot for osteoporosis. Is it worth it? Risks? Why now?
