Resveratrol is a potent antioxidant which is very helpful in cancer and heart diseases.Resveratrol may help prevent free radical damage over the human body and provide better support to the blood vessels caused particularly by elevated levels of blood glucose. I think Resveratrol is probably good for you, but be careful where you buy it!! I purchased a free trial supply online from a "60 Minutes" site and was scammed by a Florida Lab. I was billed approx. $500 for numerous "Berry" health products which I did not order, and I was told I had become a member of a monthly supply program... I'm still digging out of all the trouble this has caused me. I think it's better to buy from Costco or other well known stores.
