Restless Legs Syndrome

Posted Sep 23 2008 6:08am

Legs It's thought that here in the UK alone, at least 1.5 million adults are affected by Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS).  And I'm one of them - but, fortunately, I'm only an occasional sufferer.  It's usually on days that I don't get enough exercise and it only happens in the evening, when I'm relaxing.  It's certainly not severe enough to lead me to seek treatment but it definitely prompted me to read this article on RLS from MSN.com.
