Plan for the Week and Giveaway Alert

Kelly at Every Gym's Nightmare is running a giveaway for a book called The World is Fat: The Fads, Trends, Policies, and Products That are Fattening to the Human Race by Barry Popkin. Looks like an interesting read, so if you would like to enter, click here and follow Kelly's instructions.

Time to publish the weekly workout schedule again, including the West Coast/East Coast Challenge, to stay on track! I have a ton of deliverables this week but not many meetings, so NO excuses.

Monday - walk three miles at 8:30 a.m.; walk 30 min. with the kids at 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday - C25K at 8:30 a.m.; walk 30 minutes with the kids at 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday - walk 30 minutes at 8:30 a.m.; hot yoga at 6:15 p.m.
Thursday - C25K at 8:30 a.m.; walk 30 minutes with the kids at 4:30 p.m.
Friday - walk 30 minutes
Saturday - Race for the Cure
Sunday - Super Bowl and The Husband's Birthday Fun!

1 c. strawberries w/ one piece pineapple
1 c. skim milk
1 instant oatmeal
1 T. almond butter

1/2 sub roll
2 sl. BBQ deli chicken
2 sl. swiss cheese
lettuce, tomato
1 c. low sodium V8
100 cal. Pringles

2 peanut butter cookies
1 sl. wheat bread
2 sl. BBQ deli chicken
1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge
handful of pretzels

light hot dog
2% milk mac 'n cheese
