Time to publish the weekly workout schedule again, including the
West Coast/East Coast Challenge, to stay on track! I have a ton of deliverables this week but not many meetings, so NO excuses.
Monday - walk three miles at 8:30 a.m.; walk 30 min. with the kids at 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday - C25K at 8:30 a.m.; walk 30 minutes with the kids at 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday - walk 30 minutes at 8:30 a.m.; hot yoga at 6:15 p.m.
Thursday - C25K at 8:30 a.m.; walk 30 minutes with the kids at 4:30 p.m.
Friday - walk 30 minutes
Saturday - Race for the Cure
Sunday - Super Bowl and The Husband's Birthday Fun!
Breakfast
1 c. strawberries w/ one piece pineapple

1 instant oatmeal
1 T. almond butter

1/2 sub roll
