As I write this, I have ice on my back and have reached my maximum amount of Aleve allowed for the day. I don't know what I did the other day to mess up my back, but it is still very sore. I'm anxious to get some exercise in, so I hope that tomorrow is better!

1 whole wheat bagel square
1 T. peanut butter
1 t. jelly
1 c. pineapple
Lunch
1/2 chicken and broccoli rabepanini w/ pesto
house salad
Snacks
1 granola bar
1 packet of almonds
Dinner
Not hungry...how odd! The panini at lunch was not great, so I think that ruined my appetite for the rest of the day.
