I realize that this blog is about weight loss, but I must show you the sight across the small lake in our backyard late this afternoon:
I added this photo of the boy with his binoculars to show that we were not that close. What is with the tail on that guy? Amazing and scary!
They say that in Florida, you should assume that there are gators in every body of water. This lake is no exception. I think we've seen this one before, and the kids named him "Steve." No idea why.
Today was a bit nuts, and I did not fit in exercise. Eating was this:
Breakfast 1 whole wheat waffle
1 T. light syrup
1/2 c. light cottage cheese
1/2 c. oj
multivitamin

*Lunch turkey sandwich with cucumbers, tomato and brie
*During a lunch meeting in Miami that would have been awkward to photograph ;-)
Snacks 2 granola bars
1 string cheese
Dinner 1 whole wheat tortilla
1/2 can vegetarian black bean soup
1/4 c. low fat shredded cheese
