my whole body hurts, mostly joints, tired, hot flashes,cold, eyeballs hurt,extremely tired, weight gain/

all blood test came back neg. I can't take it anymore, it's ruining my life can't stay up more than 8 hrs a day because I'm tired all the time, achey, even my eyeballs hurt. what could this be
