
Try the estimator here. Putting in the time, type of activity and your weight it will estimate your caloric burn for a number of activities. If you're lasting a full hour at that pace I imagine you would benefit from shortening the time and increasing your pace. To increase your caloric burn try intervals and please strength train the rest of your muscles to avoid muscular imbalances that can lead to injury. Running a full hour especially if you're heavy is a lot of pressure on your joints and you're likely overtraining a small group of leg muscles.
