I am now addicted to making this salad for myself:
I use Romaine lettuce, dried cranberries, 1 T. of pecans, 2 T. of crumbled goat cheese, and some rasberry vinagrette dressing. I bought the pecans raw, so I microwave them for one minute before putting them on the salad. I normally love vegetable soup with dinner but haven't been movtivated to make it during the heat of summer. Fortunately, I found a recipe for gazpacho, which I plan to make when I get to the store next for ingredients. I had this with a baked potato for dinner.
1 hamburger roll
1 Boca burger
lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard
1 c. carrots
ranch for dipping
