My mother is 45 years old and she has fever about a month ago.first doctor said this is typhoid she took antibiotics but fever

she was a patient of hypatitis c. she had a treatment and the virus was clear.she had her PCR test after 6 months of her recovery and it was saying negative. after 6 or seven months she had a low grade fever and now its almost a month and still she has a fever. she had a typhoid test and it was postive and she took antibiotics for 14 days. but fever is not gone stll she has low grade fever and cough.there is no infection in throat.chest is all clear. what you will suggest ?? please tell me
