Breakfast started the day off fine - 1 c. Quaker Oatmeal Squares, 1 c. skim milk, 1 c. pineapple. For some reason, though, everything went down hill after lunch.
I got a Fuji Apple Salad from Panera, which didn't digest well at all.
The rest of the day was disorganized and not very nutritionally balanced. I took a couple bites of a pizza that I ordered for the kids but could tell that it was not going to go over well. I had 1 c. of plain spaghetti from last night, 1 cheese stick, and 3 slices of chicken.
I am planning to do a charity walk in the morning, so let's hope that my digestive system gets back in order stat!
