Meh Monday

First, shana tova to all my friends who celebrate Rosh Hashana! May you have a year filled with health, happiness, and prosperity.

Today was a bit "meh" in terms of weather, meal choices, and appetite. Not sure why, but tomorrow will be a new day!

Breakfast (560)
1 nectarine (70)
1 whole wheat bagel square (150)
1 T. peanut butter (100)
1 t. jelly (20)
1 c. skim milk (90)
1 Carnation Instant Breakfast (130)

I ended up eating this bit by bit over a two-hour period this morning because of interruptions!

2 chicken wings (120)

1 Rice Krispies Treat (100)
1 string cheese (50)

1/2 c. mashed sweet potato (100)
