This has been one of the craziest months in a while, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! I even had to work yesterday (Sunday) instead of spending time with the fam, which stunk, but after Friday, things start to settle down.
I did about 30 minutes of stretching and yoga today. I was not in a big meal mood today, so I stuck with smaller things. Here's how the food went down:
