It is difficult to go from standing to sitting on the floor and visa versa, how can it be done with ease and grace.

I teach Pilates and my clients are having difficulties and are embarassed.  How can I help them?

Assume your clients are older?  It's likely to be more a matter of flexibility and perhaps strength so in my opinion you might suggest they also do yoga and some weight training to strengthen quads and abdomen.  In the interim kneeling and getting up from that position might help [but it still requires smoe quad strength.]
