I'm a 63 yr. old male survivor of prostate cancer. Since my treatment 2 years ago, I've gained 45 lbs. and suffer from lack of testosterone due to radiation. Five years ago I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, and for the past 3 years have suffered from chronic pain and fatigue. I just started a diet and joined a health facility - complete with cardio machines and a pool. I can't afford a personal trainer - what would be a reasonable exercise program for me? 5'10", 210lbs.. No heart conditions, but due to sedentary life style in the past 2 years, I've lost a great deal of strength.
